I have had nothing but wonderful experiences during my stint wearing braces. The office staff are just as kind and helpful in person as they are on the phone. Getting in quickly if something is amiss with braces was never a problem. It didn't matter who's chair I was placed in, everyone was knowledgable and efficient. Explanations about how to wrap the rubber bands and deal with flossing among other things, were explained in detail with patience. Parking is even easy!

I’ve been to three orthodontists in the area, and my search for the best fit proved worth it ! I feel heard and comfortable here. Dr. Gass is very informative and patient. The staff is welcoming , kind, and understanding. So far , zero complaints. I feel like we’re getting exceptional service at a reasonable price. Happy patients!

This team is truly amazing! My daughter (10) LOVES coming to see them and they always work with us far as scheduling, knowing we come from 2 hours away. Best Ortho crew around!

First time braces newbie, and loved how all my questions were treated as though they were important and valuable to my care plan, no matter how silly! Every step was thoroughly explained as i went so i wasn’t afraid of any part of the process, and was educated about why things were being done, and asked regularly if i had any questions. I would absolutely recommend this practice for anyone serious about the health and care of their teeth. They are phenomenal to work with!

Gass orthodontics is the best place to get braces, my teeth are moving how they are supposed too. And they do a very good job at it.
Everyone is so friendly and professional. They have gone above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable and welcome. Also they have been very accommodating with appointments and emergencies. We highly recommend their office.
Dr. Gass and his staff are fabulous! Maysen loved every single one of her appointments because they made her feel special and important. When the pandemic hit and she had to go in alone, there was no fear at all, as the staff were all friends to her. As a mom, I'm grateful for the professional, high quality care she received. Maysen is grateful for the fun rubber bands, her sparkly retainer, and the great rewards program.

Today we took my son in for a complimentary consultation with Dr. Gass. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions and concerns. Jessica was great going over payment plans, insurance questions and reviewing the the plan to move forward. Very friendly office staff, my son felt comfortable and welcomed by all. With COVID they seem very clean and cautious in the office.
