I have had nothing but wonderful experiences during my stint wearing braces. The office staff are just as kind and helpful in person as they are on the phone. Getting in quickly if something is amiss with braces was never a problem. It didn't matter who's chair I was placed in, everyone was knowledgable and efficient. Explanations about how to wrap the rubber bands and deal with flossing among other things, were explained in detail with patience. Parking is even easy!

Everyone at Gass orthodontics is welcoming and nice. They explain everything very well before they start working on my braces.

I’ve been to three orthodontists in the area, and my search for the best fit proved worth it ! I feel heard and comfortable here. Dr. Gass is very informative and patient. The staff is welcoming , kind, and understanding. So far , zero complaints. I feel like we’re getting exceptional service at a reasonable price. Happy patients!

This team is truly amazing! My daughter (10) LOVES coming to see them and they always work with us far as scheduling, knowing we come from 2 hours away. Best Ortho crew around!

First time braces newbie, and loved how all my questions were treated as though they were important and valuable to my care plan, no matter how silly! Every step was thoroughly explained as i went so i wasn’t afraid of any part of the process, and was educated about why things were being done, and asked regularly if i had any questions. I would absolutely recommend this practice for anyone serious about the health and care of their teeth. They are phenomenal to work with!

I had my first phase appointment to get my braces on, the workers are so friendly and explained the process to me and it was so easy, I got to choose my own colors and I love them

Gass orthodontics is the best place to get braces, my teeth are moving how they are supposed too. And they do a very good job at it.
Dr Gass and his staff are wonderful! From the first visit and onward, our experience has been exceptional. At our initial consultation/evaluation, Dr Gass invested much time to present a comprehensive treatment plan to us (in plain, understandable terms) that was very focused and detailed beyond that offered by other leading orthodontists in the area. Each subsequent visit has been consistent with that initial focus and attention to detail that had convinced us to choose him. Of course our child enjoys the game room, rewards and tea available to her at every visit, but there is so much more beyond these tangible perks that we find valuable. This includes patient/parent trust building and their genuine concern for the physical, emotional and psychological comfort of our child that has been present in every interaction. It has been our experience that Dr Gass and his team are consummate professionals who are dedicated to their work at the highest level and truly care about us as people. It feels comforting to be in such good hands. Thank you Dr Gass and your exceptional team of highly qualified & compassionate individuals!
This Orthodontics was the best fit for my family. They're not pushy and don't do something until it's needed.
