I have had nothing but wonderful experiences during my stint wearing braces. The office staff are just as kind and helpful in person as they are on the phone. Getting in quickly if something is amiss with braces was never a problem. It didn't matter who's chair I was placed in, everyone was knowledgable and efficient. Explanations about how to wrap the rubber bands and deal with flossing among other things, were explained in detail with patience. Parking is even easy!

I’ve been to three orthodontists in the area, and my search for the best fit proved worth it ! I feel heard and comfortable here. Dr. Gass is very informative and patient. The staff is welcoming , kind, and understanding. So far , zero complaints. I feel like we’re getting exceptional service at a reasonable price. Happy patients!

This team is truly amazing! My daughter (10) LOVES coming to see them and they always work with us far as scheduling, knowing we come from 2 hours away. Best Ortho crew around!

First time braces newbie, and loved how all my questions were treated as though they were important and valuable to my care plan, no matter how silly! Every step was thoroughly explained as i went so i wasn’t afraid of any part of the process, and was educated about why things were being done, and asked regularly if i had any questions. I would absolutely recommend this practice for anyone serious about the health and care of their teeth. They are phenomenal to work with!

I had my first phase appointment to get my braces on, the workers are so friendly and explained the process to me and it was so easy, I got to choose my own colors and I love them

Gass orthodontics is the best place to get braces, my teeth are moving how they are supposed too. And they do a very good job at it.
We have had a fantastic experience at Gass Orthodontics! We went to 3 different orthodontists for a consultation around town and I really like how Dr. Gass explained my daughters X-rays and his suggested course of treatment was just right for us. One other place we went to said one thing that seemed like too little of care, another place was a bit extreme and seemed too much, Dr. Gass and his team was our Goldilocks treatment plan and it was just right.
So far our experience has been wonderful. My daughter is about to go on to phase 2 and the office and staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this place enough!
I had an awesome experience at Gass Orthodontics & would recommend their services to anyone looking to get braces. Dr. Gass always knew what needed to be done as well as the most efficient way of achieving the next steps. Before I got braces I was really insecure about my smile, I would cover my mouth every time I talked/smiled because I was very embarrassed. And I had very yellow teeth, when I got my braces I felt comfortable and better already, and the hygiene steps to keep my mouth nice and clean helped me with confidence and not so yellow teeth. Now that my braces are off I love to smile, I smile more than I ever have. I was a little scared and felt I looked weird after not seeing my teeth for so long but I love them! And love all the employees that helped make my smile so beautiful.
